Description
The program aims to give individuals extra knowledge and understanding before they enter into a rental agreement now or in the future. It is conducted over 4 hours.
The program covers:
- Planning to move;
- Income
- Budgeting;
- Furnishing your home or university room;
- Finding a home;
- Renting; sharing; responsibilities and rights;
The program will be conducted through numerous workshops in 2015. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who complete the assessments and attend the workshops. Program costs $30 per person. (subject to minimum numbers) plus travel & accommodation over 150Km from office.
