The Experienced Agent Licence program is an intensive five days of training specifically targeting agents with a minimum of three years current industry experience. A participant who successfully completes this course will be awarded a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) CPP40307,issued by MRT Training – RTO 41529 .The Program is designed in such a way that we offer recognition of the experience you have gained in the property industry and our workshop sessions focus on covering the units where most agents require additional training to become fully licensed, and therefore, potential Officers in Effective Control (Vic) or Licensees in Charge (NSW) of a property business subject to approval from Licensing Bodies.
Diploma of Property Services
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to real estate management practices. The new NSW ‘licensee in charge’ category that comes in effect 2019 will need to have the following educational requirements:
- complete a diploma and have at least 2 years’ practical experience as an agent under the supervision of a ‘licensee in charge’, or
- hold a Certificate IV and an equal qualification in business management.
