My name is Jane Moore and I am a qualified Trainer and Assessor in the areas of Training and Assessing; Property Services; Management; Business; Human Resources and Conveyancing.

I am a Licensed Victorian Estate Agent and New South Wales Property Stock and Business Agent.

I have been a trainer and assessor of Certificate III and Certificate IV in Property Services through TAFE for over 7 years and due to funding changes have established Australian College for Real Estate Training which is a training consultant for Registered Training Organisations nationally.

I was involved in the previously known CPSISC (Construction, Property and Security Industry Skills Council) and also have been part of groups consulting on the New Training Package, Legislation and National Licensing changes for Estate Agents.

Prior to, and whilst, training I worked in all aspects of Real Estate for over 30 years. I also have experience in retail; law clerk; conveyancing; business; management and human resources. This varied and vast experience enables me to train and assess with knowledge of the competency and work skills required.

I offer distance or blended learning models. With the blended learning model I offer personalised service and either come to the office or meet the student in an appropriate setting to assist in the knowledge and understanding of what they are currently learning. Expression of Interest is sought for Compulsory Professional Development group training.

It is important to me to have a partnership with both employers and students. This enables me to tailor training within the requirements of the training package. I am not just a trainer; I become part of the business and consult when employers require an external input.
